GLAD TIDINGS CHURCH began in 1994 as a Missions Project of the North Carolina State Association of Free Will Baptists. Since then we have purchased 4.5 acres of land on Old NC Highway 49 on the West side of Asheboro and completed the first phase of our building program in the spring of 2001. Our facility consists of a beautiful 6,000 ft. building with classrooms, a fellowship area, and a lovely auditorium with state of the art sound and video systems. Come and visit. You will be glad you did!

Have you ever met someone whom you have not seen or talked to in a long time? Perhaps it was an old classmate from high school, or a neighbor you used to live next door to. Usually, one of the surprises of such meetings, is how much our friend (and ourself) have changed. Sometimes, the years are not kind to a person. "My how you have changed!" can be a joyous remark.
